Durban Property and the Industries that supply services and supplies to the Durban Property Market
After carrying out a recent refurbishment project of a commercial property, it became evident how difficult it was to search for suitable suppliers and service providers in the Durban property industry apart from the traditional means of a telephone directory. Fortunately it was not to difficult as a contributor to the property industry in general and having regular access to colleagues who were able to recommend suitable contractors.
The struggle was trying to compare their quality of work and products on offer. This lead to a database of suppliers and service providers which can be seen above. The reason for selecting these particular providers is purely personal opinion due to their having a website by which comparables can be made.
It is no way meant to bias those contractors who do not have a website, but is all about providing convenience to our website visitors. These providers do not pay to be featured here and as such have been allocated the space by a unbiased means as possible. We welcome any additions and look forward to hearing your experiences in this regard.
We are busy inserting www.attorneys.co.za into the legal section as we believe their database is well served. We have been able to provide a breakdown of some of the contractors servicing the pools, security, flooring, surveyors, builders, decor, shop-fitting, electrical, plumbing, painting, paving, hardware stores, architects, gardening, airconditioning, roofing, and even opening a close corporation, family trust or company in order to purchase a property in Durban.
We hope that these suggestions are helpful when carrying out any DIY projects around your home or even a larger project wiht which you require help.
