After carrying out a recent refurbishment project of a commercial property, it became evident how difficult it was to search for suitable suppliers and service providers in the Durban property industry apart from the traditional means of a telephone directory. Fortunately it was not to difficult as a contributor to the property industry in general and having regular access to colleagues who were able to recommend suitable contractors.
The struggle was trying to compare their quality of work and products on offer. This lead to a database of suppliers and service providers which can be seen above.
